Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 1 location in area B and the 10 locations in area E shown in the figure.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 3 locations in area A shown in the figure from the engine compartment.

5.  Plug weld in the 1 location in area B shown in the figure from the engine compartment.

6.  Arc spot welds in the 4 locations in area C shown in the figure from the front wheel housing.

7.  Plug welds in the 6 locations in area D shown in the figure from the front wheel housing.

8.  Plug welds in the 10 locations in area E shown in the figure from the front wheel housing.

9.  Plug welds in the 21 locations in area F shown in the figure from the engine compartment and install the wheel apron component.
