Purpose
• The 360° view monitor switch switches between display/non-display of the top view/front view, front wide view, or side view.
Function
• The 360° view monitor switch sends a switch operation signal to the 360° view monitor control module.
Construction
• The 360° view monitor switch is built into the cluster switch.
Operation
• When the 360° view monitor switch is operated (1), the cluster switch sends (2) a 360° view monitor switch operation signal to the instrument cluster via LIN communication.
• When the instrument cluster receives the 360° view monitor switch operation signal, it sends (3) the signal to the 360° view monitor control module through the body control module (BCM) via CAN communication.
• When the 360° view monitor control module receives the 360° view monitor switch operation signal, it switches the 360° view monitor system on/off.
