1. Remove using the procedure shown in the figure.

2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Lead-acid Battery Tray Installation Note

1. Set the boss on the lead-acid battery tray into the hole on the lead-acid battery tray bracket.

2. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the figure.

Lead-acid Battery Box Installation Note

Install the lead-acid battery box so that the side with the bigger cutout points toward the electric motor side.

Positive Lead-acid Battery Terminal Connection Note

Caution

• Connect the lead-acid battery terminal while pushing it down because the lead-acid battery terminal may loosen.

Negative Lead-acid Battery Terminal Connection Note

Caution

• Connect the lead-acid battery terminal while pushing it down because the lead-acid battery terminal may loosen.

1. Connect the negative lead-acid battery terminal so that the wiring harness does not block the upper part of the lead-acid battery filler cap.
