Detection condition
|
• The PCM detects a difference between the voltage values measured by the BECM and the battery charge control module is the specified value or more.
Precondition
• The BECM and the battery charge control module are monitoring the voltage of the high voltage circuit.

Fail-safe
|
• Refer to "DTC Table" and "Fail-safe Function Malfunction Contents Table". (See DTC TABLE [PCM (e-SKYACTIV)].)

• Perform the DTC inspection for the Drive motor contorol module.

• Is DTC U0337:00 displayed?

Yes
|
Repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.

No
|
Go to the next step.

VERIFY BECM DTC
• Perform the DTC inspection for the BECM.
(See DTC INSPECTION.)
• Are any other DTCs displayed?

Yes
|
Repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.

No
|
Go to the next step.

DETERMINE IF MALFUNCTION IS BATTERY CHARGE CONTROL MODULE
• Clear the DTC recorded in the memory.
(See CLEARING DTC.)
• Perform the DTC inspection for the PCM.
(See DTC INSPECTION.)
• Is DTC P0D3D:00 displayed as a current malfunction?

Yes

Replace the onboard charger, then go to the next step.

No
|
Go to repair completion verification.

VERIFY PCM DTC
• Clear the DTC recorded in the memory.
(See CLEARING DTC.)
• Perform the DTC inspection for the PCM.
(See DTC INSPECTION.)
• Is DTC P0D3D:00 displayed as a current malfunction?

Yes

Replace the PCM, then go to the repair completion verification.
(See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
