Caution

•  When removing the rear seat and taking it out of the vehicle or when entering the vehicle, the work must be performed by two or more people because contact with the surrounding areas of the vehicle could cause scratches and damage.

•  When performing the procedure with a rear seat removed from the vehicle, perform the procedure on a clean cloth so as not to damage or soil the seat.

1.  Remove the rear seat cushion. (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the tab.

3.  Remove the rear seat cushion lock in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
