FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  To prevent damage, apply protective tape to the outer periphery of the front console upper panel and the back of the climate control unit.

3.  Move the front console upper panel in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure to detach the guides and hooks from the front console.

4.  Disconnect the connectors.

5.  Remove the front console upper panel.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Note

•  When replacing the front console upper panel, remove the USB port/SD card slot hub. (See USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
