FRONT CENTER SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Caution

•  If the procedure is performed while holding the front center speaker cone, it could deform the cone causing a malfunction. Therefore, perform the procedure while holding any part other than the cone.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the center speaker grille. (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the screws.

4.  Remove the front center speaker in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

5.  Disconnect the connector.

6.  To remove the front center speaker bracket, perform the following procedure.

(1)  Move the front center speaker bracket in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove it while detaching the clips.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
