REAR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Caution

•  If the procedure is performed while holding the rear speaker cone, it could deform the cone causing a malfunction. Therefore, perform the procedure while holding any part other than the cone.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear package tray (See REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Trunk side upper trim (See TRUNK SIDE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Rear pillar trim (See REAR PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the screws.

4.  Disconnect the connector.

5.  Remove the rear speaker.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
