FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Caution

•  If the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) is replaced because it cannot store the camera shooting angle and the system related to the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) does not operate, perform Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) aiming.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the sensor cover. (See SENSOR COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Detach the tab on the bracket from the forward sensing camera (FSC).

5.  Remove the forward sensing camera (FSC).

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

7.  If the forward sensing camera (FSC) is replaced, perform the forward sensing camera (FSC) aiming. (See FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) AIMING.)
