BUCKLE SWITCH INSPECTION

1.  Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

2.  Remove the battery cover.

3.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L8, LF].)

4.  Disconnect the buckle switch connector.

5.  Inspect for continuity between the buckle switch terminals using a tester.

•  If not as indicated in the table, replace the buckle.
