FRONT FOG LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Vehicles With Active Bonnet

1.  Remove the battery cover.

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L8, LF].)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect the front fog light connector.

5.  Remove screws A and bolt B.

6.  while pressing the tabs of the clip C in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, press it in the direction of arrow (2) to detach it from the bracket.

7.  while pressing the tabs of the clip D in the direction of arrow (3) shown in the figure, press it in the direction of arrow (4) to detach it from the bracket.

8.  Remove screw E and bolt F.

9.  Set aside the pin G in the position shown in the figure and remove the front fog light from the front fog light bracket.

10.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

11.  Adjust the front fog light aiming. (See FRONT FOG LIGHT AIMING.)

Vehicles Without Active Bonnet

Type A

1.  Remove the battery cover.

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L8, LF].)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect the front fog light connector.

5.  Remove screws A.

6.  Remove screw B and bolt C.

7.  Set aside the pin D in the position shown in the figure and remove the front fog light from the front fog light bracket.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

9.  Adjust the front fog light aiming. (See FRONT FOG LIGHT AIMING.)

Type B

1.  Remove the battery cover.

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L8, LF].)

3.  Remove the fasteners, then slightly bent back the mudguard.

4.  Disconnect the front fog light connector.

5.  Remove the screw and bolt, then remove the front fog light.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

7.  Adjust the front fog light aiming. (See FRONT FOG LIGHT AIMING.)
