OCCUPANCY SENSOR INSPECTION

1.  Turn the ignition switch to LOCK position.

2.  Remove the battery cover.

3.  Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait 1 min or more.

4.  Remove the passenger-side seat. (See SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Disconnect the occupancy sensor connector.

6.  Verify that the continuity between the occupancy sensor terminals is as indicated in the table.

•  If not as indicated in the table, replace the occupancy sensor.
