Purpose of Adoption

Service Point

• Initial setting must be performed again after performing any of the following procedures.

— The power window main switch connector or power window subswitch connector is replaced.

— The power window glass is removed.

— The power window regulator is removed.

— The power window motor is removed.

Initialization Procedure

1. Fully close the doors.

2. Close the convertible top and secure the top lock.

3. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).

4. Operate the driver’s side door glass operation switch on the power window main switch to fully open the door glass (driver’s side).

5. Operate the driver’s side door glass operation switch on the power window main switch and keep the door glass (driver's side) fully closed for 2 s or more.

6. Operate the passenger’s side door glass operation switch on the power window main switch or the power window subswitch to fully open the door glass (passenger’s side).

7. Operate the passenger’s side door glass operation switch on the power window main switch or the power window subswitch and keep the door glass (passenger’s side) fully closed for approx. 2 s.
