•  The cooling fan component consists of the radiator cowling, cooling fan, cooling fan motor, and cooling fan solenoid resistor.

•  An electric cooling fan has been adopted, which operates according to the fan control signal from the PCM. This reduces engine noise and provides rapid engine warming up.

•  The cooling fan is made of plastic for weight reduction.

•  Cooling fan operates according to the engine coolant temperature and whether the A/C is on or off. Two-stage control has been adopted to the cooling fan with high and low speed rotation allowing noise reduction and power savings.

•  Cooling fan rotation speed is lowered through the cooling fan solenoid resistor in low speed rotation.
