TIRE HOUSE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [4SD]

1.  Remove the rear scuff plate. (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the rear seat cushion. (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Lower the rear seatbacks.

4.  Remove the fasteners in the positions shown in the figure.

5.  Partially peel back the seaming welt.

6.  Pull the tire house trim in the direction of the arrow and remove the tab and pin.

7.  Set the rear seat backs out of the way while removing the tire house trim.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Tire House Trim Installation Note.)

Tire House Trim Installation Note

1.  Verify that part A is inserted into the trunk side trim as shown in the figure.
