Mechanical Lock Type

Purpose

•  The air intake actuator opens/closes the air intake door in the blower unit to switch the air intake.

Function

•  The air intake actuator opens/closes the air intake door to the FRESH or RECIRCULATE position by the motor drive.

Construction

•  A mechanical lock-type air intake actuator has been adopted.

•  The air intake actuator is located in the blower unit.

•  The operation range of the air intake actuator is as indicated in the diagram.

Operation

Potentiometer Type

Purpose

•  The air intake actuator moves the air intake door in the blower unit to switch the air intake port.

Function

Door open/close function

•  The door open/close function opens/closes the air intake door in the FRESH or RECIRCULATE positions.

Door position detection function

•  The door position detection function fluctuates the potentiometer voltage value which is linked to the air intake actuator motor drive.

Construction

•  A potentiometer-type air intake actuator has been adopted.

•  The air intake actuator is installed to the blower unit.

•  The operation range of the air intake actuator is as indicated in the diagram.
