Description
• Frequency of the white lamp display is high even though the vehicle is driven on level straightaway.
• The driving diagnostic score according to a stage is not displayed.
• The driving diagnostic score is bad compared with another vehicle of the same model.
Possible Cause
• Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction
• Instrument cluster malfunction
White lamp deviation due to the pedal operation
• The PCM detects a malfunction and the vehicle driving condition is in fail-safe.
• Accelerator pedal position sensor signal error

VERIFY DTCs FOR RELATED MODULES
• Using the M-MDS, verify DTCs for PCM, DSC HU/CM, EPS control module, instrument cluster and connectivity master unit (CMU).
• Can DTCs be verified?

Go to the applicable DTC inspection.

No

• System is normal. If the vehicle is normal, refer to INTELLIGENT DRIVE MASTER (i-DM) for new vehicle instruction, and explain the contents of the driving operation determination and display to the customer to have them understand that there is no problem in the system.
• Symptom troubleshooting is completed.
