REAR BUMPER BRACKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear combination light (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Rear splash shield (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Rear bumper (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL.) (See REAR BUMPER INSTALLATION.)

3.  While pressing the rear bumper bracket tabs in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure, pull the rear bumper bracket in the direction of arrow (2) and remove it.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
