Removal Procedure

1.  Rough cut the 1 location indicated by (A) shown in the figure.

2.  Drill the 119 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure.

Note

•  When drilling the 119 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure, do not drill a hole all the way through or there could be a problem when installing the new part.

3.  Remove the rear floor panel.

1.  Rough cut the 1 location indicated by (A) shown in the figure.

Caution

•  When rough cutting area (A), cut 5 mm {0.2 in} away from the flange edge of crossmember No.4.

2.  Drill the 86 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure.

Note

•  When drilling the 86 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure, do not drill a hole all the way through or there could be a problem when installing the new part.
