Wheel And Tire Removal/Installation

1. When installing a wheel, tighten the wheel nuts in opposing diagonal order to the following torque.

Tightening torque
88.2-117.6 N·m {9.00-11.99 kgf·m, 65.06-86.73 ft·lbf}

Brake Lines Disconnection/Connection

1. If any brake line has been disconnected anytime during the procedures, add brake fluid, bleed the brakes, and inspect for leakage after the procedure has been completed.

Caution
• Brake fluid will damage painted surfaces. Be careful not to get any on painted surface. If brake fluid gets on painted surfaces, wipe it off immediately.

Brake pipe flare nut tightening

1. Tighten the brake pipe flare nut using the SST (49 0259 770B) or any commercially available flare nut wrench.

ABS component operations

1. Make sure that there are no DTCs in the ABS memory after working on ABS components. If there are any codes in the memory, erase them.
