OIL CONTROL VALVE (OCV) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZJ, ZY]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the OCV connector.

3. Remove the OCV.

4. Install the new O-ring.

5. Install the OCV.

6. Tighten the OCV installation bolt.

Tightening torque

8—10 N·m {80—110 kgf·cm, 70—95 in·lbf}

7. Connect the OCV connector.
