Note

•  Use the IDS (laptop PC) because the PDS (Pocket PC) does not support the CUSTOMIED FUNCTION SETTING PROCEDURE.

1.  Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2.  After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.

1.  Select "Module Programming".

3.  Then, select items from the screen menu in the following order.

1.  Select "Programmable Parameters".

2.  Select "RKE".

4.  Select the item name, and then select option.

•  Advanced Keyless Function (Disabled / Enabled)

•  Answer Back Buzzer Volume (Disabled / 5 — 10)

•  Advanced Key Battery Low Warning (Disabled / Enabled)

•  Prevention Function of Key Containment in Trunk or Liftgate (Disabled / Enabled)

•  Warning Buzzer Volume (5 — 10)
