Purpose, Function
• The electric variable valve timing actuator relay operates by the battery voltage after main relay energization, and supplies battery voltage to the electric variable timing motor/driver.
Construction
• The electric variable valve timing actuator relay is located on the relay and fuse block.
Operation
• The coil of the electric variable valve timing actuator relay is energized and electromagnetic power is generated by the battery voltage from the main relay supplied to the coil. The contact point turns on by this electromagnetic power, and battery voltage is supplied to the electric variable valve timing motor/driver.
