REAR SHOCK ABSORBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [REAR BRAKE (DISC)]

Caution

•  If the rear shock absorbers are removed/installed at the same time, the torsion beam axle will move downward until it contacts the exhaust system (middle pipe or catalytic converter (TWC) and cause damage). When removing/installing the rear shock absorbers, do one side at a time being careful not to let the torsion beam axle contact the exhaust system.

1.  When working on the right side of the vehicle, disconnect the auto leveling sensor link. (With Headlight auto leveling system)

2.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

3.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

1	Bolt (rear shock absorber lower side)
2	Nut (rear shock absorber upper side)
3	Rear shock absorber
