FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

1.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Front fog lights (with front fog lights) (See FRONT FOG LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Headlight cleaner hose (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Headlight cleaner cover (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Headlight cleaner actuator (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

1	Front fog light cover (With front fog light) Front fog light hole cover (without front fog lights)
2	Front fog light cover garnish (with front fog lights)
3	Bumper mesh cover (with bumper mesh cover)
4	Bumper mesh
5	Radiator grille cover (with radiator grille cover)
6	Seal plate
7	Rivet
8	Grille bracket
9	Radiator grille
10	Lower grille molding
11	Front bumper face
12	Towing hook cover
13	Center bumper mesh (with center bumper mesh)

3.  Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Rivet Removal Note

1.  When removing the rivet, perform the following procedure:

(1)  Secure the rivet pin from the radiator grille side using needle-nose pliers.

(2)  Use the following drill diameter.

Drill diameter:

4.5 mm {0.18 in}

Caution

•  If an inappropriate drill diameter is used, the front bumper face and the radiator grille may be damaged.

(3)  Remove the rivet flange using a drill and remove the rivet.

(4)  Remove any rivet shavings from the front bumper face and the radiator grille.
