REAR DOOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Warning

• The side air bag sensor is attached to the lower part of the B-pillar. When working around the B-pillar, disconnect the negative battery cable or work carefully, avoiding excessive impact to the lower part of the B-pillar.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. To remove the upper hinge, remove the B-pillar lower trim.

3. To remove the checker, remove the rear door speaker for vehicles with the rear door speaker, and remove the hole cover for vehicles without the rear door speaker.

4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

3	Rear door hinge
4	Checker

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

6. Adjust the rear door. (See DOOR ADJUSTMENT.)
