VACUUM HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6]

1.  Remove the engine cover. (See ENGINE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6].)

2.  Pinch open the clip using pliers and disconnect the vacuum hose. (L.H.D.)

3.  Pinch open the clip using pliers and disconnect the vacuum hose. (R.H.D.)

4.  Disconnect the vacuum hose in the order shown in the figure.

5.  Remove the vacuum hose.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

7.  Insert the vacuum hose to the vacuum pump.

8.  Verify that the vacuum hose is firmly installed by pulling it, and push it into the vacuum pump again.
