Removal Procedure (Front-side)

1.  Rough cut area locations indicated by (A) then drill the 15 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure.

2.  Remove the side sill (outer).

1.  Rough cut area locations indicated by (A) then drill the 21 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure.

2.  Remove the side sill (outer).

Removal Procedure (Component)

Caution

•  During rough cutting, be careful not to damage the hinge reinforcement and the hinge pillar reinforcement, wheel house (outer), center pillar reinforcement and side sill (inner).

1.  Rough cut area locations indicated by (A) then drill the 99 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure.

2.  Remove the side sill (outer).

3.  Drill the 6 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure.

•  Drill the 6 locations indicated by (C) from the interior.

4.  Drill the 10 locations indicated by (D) shown in the figure.

5.  Remove the side sill reinforcement in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.
