•  Depending on the engine operation conditions, the engine coolant flow volume is adjusted by opening/closing the coolant control valve.

•  At cold engine start, engine warming has been achieved by keeping the coolant switching valve fully closed and stopping the engine coolant flow.

•  The coolant switching valve is located near the water pump pulley.
