Caution

• It is extremely dangerous to remove the fuel pressure/fuel temperature sensor from the fuel distributor as it could cause fuel leakage because the fuel distributor is highly pressurized with fuel.

Therefore, do not remove the fuel pressure/fuel temperature sensor installed to the fuel distributor.

1. Visually verify that there is no cracking, damage, or rust in the fuel distributor.

• If there is cracking, damage, or rust in the fuel distributor, it could cause fuel leakage.

• If a malfunction is verified, replace the fuel distributor. (See FUEL DISTRIBUTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)
