Purpose/Function
• Detects the fuel temperature in the fuel distributor as basic information for mainly fuel injection control.
Construction
• The high fuel temperature sensor is located on the fuel distributor.
• A semiconductor strain gauge has been adopted to the detection part of the high fuel temperature sensor.
Operation
• The high fuel pressure sensor sends the detected fuel temperature to the PCM as a high fuel pressure signal.
