Purpose/Function
• Detects the fuel temperature in the fuel supply line as basic information for mainly determining the fuel injection amount.
• Detects the fuel temperature in the fuel supply line and inputs it to the PCM as a fuel temperature signal.
Construction
• Built into the fuel injector.
Operation
• Sends the signal, which fluctuates according to the fuel temperature in the fuel supply line, to the PCM.
• The fuel temperature sensor detects the fuel temperature using the temperature characteristic of the diffusion resistance in the fuel pressure sensor.
