Removal Procedure

1.  Drill the spot welds in the 14 locations in area A shown in the figure from the engine compartment.

2.  Using a belt sander, grind the spot weld in the 1 location in area B shown in the figure from the engine compartment.

3.  Using a belt sander, grind the arc spot welds in the 4 locations in area C shown in the figure from the front wheel housing.

4.  Drill the spot welds in the 22 locations in area D shown in the figure from the front wheel housing.

5.  Drill the spot welds in the 4 locations in area E shown in the figure from the interior.

6.  Remove the wheel apron component.
