Installation Procedure

1. When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2. Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 4 locations in area A.

3. After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4. Plug welds in the 4 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5. Cut and join the location in area B shown in the figure and install the apron reinforcement (upper).

6. Spot welds in the 16 locations in area C shown in the figure.

7. Cut and join the part to area D shown in the figure and install the cowl side reinforcement (front).
