Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Drill holes for the plug welding before installing the new parts.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 8 locations in area A shown in the figure and install the rear side frame.

5.  Cut and join location in area B shown in the figure and install the part of trunk floor pan.

6.  Install the floor side panel No.1 and floor side panel No.2. (See FLOOR SIDE PANEL INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT].)

5.  Plug welds in the 3 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the rear side frame.

6.  Plug welds in the 16 locations (LH), 17 locations (RH) in area C shown in the figure and install the crossmember No.5.

7.  Cut and join location in area D shown in the figure.

8.  Plug welds in the 2 locations in area E shown in the figure and install the part of rear floor pan. (RH)
