Removal Procedure

1.  Drill the spot welds in the 25 locations in area A shown in the figure.

2.  Remove the cowl side reinforcement (front).

3.  Drill the spot welds in the 17 locations in area B shown in the figure.

4.  Drill the spot welds in the 7 locations in area C shown in the figure.

Note

•  When drilling the spot welds in the 7 locations in area C shown in the figure, do not drill through-holes in consideration of the workability when installing.

5.  Remove the apron reinforcement (lower) (rear).
