Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 7 location in area A and the 4 locations in area C shown in the figure.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 7 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5.  Spot welds in the 22 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the apron reinforcement (lower) (rear).

6.  Plug welds in the 4 locations in area C shown in the figure.

7.  Spot welds in the 28 locations in area D shown in the figure and install the cowl side reinforcement (front).
