DTC P022C |
Air bypass valve position sensor circuit high input |
---|---|
DETECTION CONDITION
|
• The PCM monitors the air bypass valve position sensor signal. If the voltage at PCM terminal 233 is above 4.75073 V for 2 s, the PCM determines that there is an air bypass valve position sensor circuit problem.
|
POSSIBLE CAUSE
|
• Air bypass valve connector or terminal malfunction
• PCM connector or terminal malfunction
• Air bypass valve position sensor signal and power supply circuits are short to each other
• Open circuit in the wiring harness between air bypass valve terminal B and PCM terminal 105
• Short to power supply in the wiring harness between air bypass valve terminal A and PCM terminal 233
• Air bypass valve position sensor malfunction
• PCM malfunction
