DTC P244A:00

Diesel particulate filter differential pressure to low

DETECTION CONDITION
•  The PCM monitors the difference in pressure before and after the diesel particulate filter using the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor. If the differential pressure signal is -497.5 Pa {50.73 kgf/m2, 10.07216 psi}, the PCM determines that the difference in pressure is too low.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
•  Diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor malfunction
•  Diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor hose leakage, loose installation
•  PCM malfunction
