DTC P0692:00

Cooling fan control circuit high

DETECTION CONDITION
•  The PCM monitors the cooling fan control signal circuit at PCM terminal 1AI. If the PCM detects that short to power supply in cooling fan control signal circuit, the PCM determines that there is a cooling fan control circuit problem.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
•  Fan control module connector or terminal malfunction
•  PCM connector or terminal malfunction
•  Short to power supply in the wiring harness between fan control module terminal 1C and PCM terminal 1AI
•  Fan control module malfunction
•  PCM malfunction
