DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6) (EURO4 emission level)]

1.  Remove the engine cover.

2.  Remove the under cover.

3.  Remove the splash shield (RH).

4.  Rotate the drive belt auto tensioner clockwise using the SST as shown in the figure until the pin hole on the auto tensioner body appears.

Note

•  Make sure the SST is securely set so that the SST will not be slip off the of the auto tensioner projection during securing process.

5.  Insert the SST into the pin hole on the auto tensioner body.

6.  Remove the drive belt.

7.  Install the drive belt.

8.  Remove the SST.

9.  Install the splash shield (RH).

10.  Install the under cover.

11.  Install the engine cover.
