EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZY, Z6]

Vehicles With EGR System

1.  Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZY, Z6].)

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZY, Z6].)

3.  Remove the air cleaner cover. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZY, Z6].)

4.  Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

5.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1	Water hose
2	EGR valve

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
