•  Detects the fluctuation in voltage (variable resistance) of the EGR throttle valve opening angle and inputs it to the PCM. The voltage input to the PCM increases proportionately to the increase in EGR throttle valve opening angle.

•  Installed as connected to the valve shaft so that it corresponds to the opening and closing of the EGR throttle valve.
