1.  Connect the M-MDS (IDS) to DLC-2.

2.  After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initial screen of the IDS.

(1)  Select the “Powertrain”.

3.  Then, select items from the screen menu in the following order.

(1)  Select “Service Functions”.

(2)   Select “PCM”.

4.  Select “Reset the High Pressure Fuel System Learned Values” and perform procedures according to directions on the IDS screen.

5.  Retrieve DTCs by the IDS, then verify that there is no DTC present.

•   If a DTCs is detected, perform the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6) (EURO5 emission level)].)
