Note

• The TCM learning function includes the oil pressure sensor and inclination sensor learning. For this reason, if replacing a specific part, it is necessary to perform TCM learning using the M-MDS.

• If the TCM or inclination sensor are replaced, always perform inclination sensor learning.

• If the CVT or, the TCM or oil pressure sensor are replaced, always perform oil pressure sensor learning.

1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2. After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.

• When using the IDS (laptop PC)

1. Select the ”Powertrain”.

2. Select “Transmission”.

• When using the PDS (Pocket PC)

1. Select "All Tests and Calibrations".

3. Select the applicable function corresponding to the part being replaced and perform the work following the on-screen instructions.
