Installation Procedure

LH

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Drill hole for the plug welding before installing the new parts.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Insert the new front bumper stay in the front side frame.

5.  Continuous CO² arc weld around the front side frame, and then install the front bumper stay.

6.  Plug weld the 5 locations indicated shown in the figure.

7.  Install the shroud side member and horn bracket.

RH

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Insert the new front bumper stay in the front side frame.

5.  Continuous CO² arc weld around the front side frame, and then install the front bumper stay.

6.  Install the bolt.

7.  Plug weld the 7 locations indicated shown in the figure.

8.  Install the shroud side member, brake hose bracket and junction plate.
