OIL COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Drain the engine coolant.

3.  Disconnect the air hose (turbo charger side).

4.  Remove the air cleaner. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].)

5.  Remove the oil cooler.

6.  Install the oil cooler.

7.  Refill the engine coolant.

8.  Start the engine and inspect for oil leakage.

•  If the oil leaks, specify the faulty part and repair or replace it.

9.  Inspect the oil level. (See ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION[MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].)
