PTC (POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT) HEATER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the console. (See CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the decoration panel. (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the glove compartment. (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Remove rear heat duct (1).

6.  Disconnect the three connectors.

7.  Remove the PTC heater connector holder and wiring harness clip.

8.  Remove the heater case.

9.  Remove the PTC heater from heater case.

10.  Install in the reverse order of the removal.
