FRONT SIDE FRAME COMPONENT REMOVAL[PANEL REPLACEMENT]

1.  Drill the 26 locations indicated by (A).

2.  Rough cut area (B), drill the 61 locations indicated by (C), 4 locations on the driver’s side indicated by (D), and 3 locations on the passenger’s side.

3.  Drill the 5 locations indicated by (E) from the bottom.

4.  Drill the 1 location indicated by (F) from the bottom, as it cannot be seen from the interior.

5.  Drill the 9 locations indicated by (G), 6 locations on the driver"s side indicated by (B) and 5locations on the passenger"s side.

6.  Drill the 2 locations indicated by (I) from the engine compartment.

7.  Using a belt grinder or similar tool, grind area (J) from the inner side of the inner wheel housing in 2 locations and remove the front frame component.
