• The PCM controls the exhaust shutter valve when the following controls are performed.

― EGR control: During LP-EGR control, the exhaust shutter valve is closed, and the exhaust gas recirculation is corrected by raising the exhaust gas pressure at the LP-EGR valve inlet.
